Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in October 2011 reached 44.62%, down 1.04% compared to September 2011 which was recorded at 45.66%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in October 2011 reached 51.49%, down 5.05% compared to September 2011 which was recorded at 56.54%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in October 2011 reached 41.67%, up 0.60% compared to September 2011, namely 41.07%.
The number of guests staying in October 2011, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 92,618 people, consisting of 626 foreign guests and 91,992 domestic guests, an increase of 2,600 people (2.89%) compared to September 2011, which was recorded at 90,018 people. This increase was due to the increase in the number of guests in all star and non-star hotels. The number of guests at star hotels in October 2011 reached 16,951 people, namely 500 foreign guests and 16,541 domestic guests. This number increased 5.46% compared to the number of guests in September 2011 which reached 16,073 people. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in October 2011 reached 75,667 people, consisting of 126 foreign guests and 75,541 domestic guests, an increase of 1,722 people or around 2.33% compared to September 2011 which was recorded at 73,945 people.
The average length of stay for guests in October 2011 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was around 1.37 days, down 0.03 days compared to September 2011. Foreign guests stayed on average for 2.18 days, up 0.24 days compared to September 2011, while domestic guests averaged 1.36 days, down 0.03 days compared to September 2011. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels was 1.52 days, down 0.07 days compared to the previous month, and compared to in October 2010, down 0.16 days. The average length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation is around 1.30 days, down 0.01 days compared to September 2011, with details for foreign guests 2.17 days and domestic guests 1.30 days.
