The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in July 2011 reached 44.50%, down 2.39% compared to June 2011 which was recorded at 46.89%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in July 2011 reached 56.94%, down 5.62% compared to June 2011 which was recorded at 62.56%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in July 2011 reached 39.27%, down 0.99% compared to June 2011, namely 40.26%.
The number of guests staying in July 2011, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 91,511 people, consisting of 352 foreign guests and 91,158 domestic guests, an increase of 1,770 people (1.97%) compared to June 2011, which was recorded at 89,741 people. The increase occurred due to the increase in the number of domestic guests in non-star hotels. The number of guests at star hotels in July 2011 reached 15,576 people, namely 327 foreign guests and 15,249 domestic guests. This number decreased by 5.57% compared to the number of guests in June 2011 which reached 16,494 people. The number of guests staying overnight in July 2011 compared to July 2010 increased by 56.53%. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in July 2011 reached 75,935 people, consisting of 25 foreign guests and 75,910 domestic guests, an increase of 2688 people compared to June 2011 which was recorded at 73,247 people.
The average length of stay for guests in July 2011 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was around 1.45 days, down 0.05 days compared to June 2011. Foreign guests stayed on average for 4.64 days, down 1.00 days compared to June 2011, while domestic guests averaged 1.43 days, down 0.04 days compared to June 2011. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels was 1.78 days, down 0.11 days compared to the previous month, and compared to July 2010, up 0.08 days. The average length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation is around 1.31 days, down 0.02 days compared to June 2011, with details, foreign guests 4.68 days and domestic guests 1.31 days.
