Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in December 2011 reached 47.47%, up 3.62% compared to November 2011 which was recorded at 43.85%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in December 2011 reached 62.84%, up 8.46% compared to November 2011 which was recorded at 54.38%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in December 2011 reached 41.37%, up 1.71% compared to November 2011 which was recorded at 39.66%.
The number of guests staying in December 2011, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 98,785 people, consisting of 1,674 foreign guests and 97,111 domestic guests, an increase of 9,473 people (10.61%) compared to November 2011, which was recorded at 89,312 people. The number of guests at star hotels in December 2011 was 16,625 people, namely 1,609 foreign guests and 15,016 domestic guests. This number increased 3.24% compared to the number of guests in November 2011 which was recorded at 16,104 people. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in December 2011 was 82,160 people, consisting of 65 foreign guests and 82,095 domestic guests, an increase of 8,952 people or around 12.23% compared to November 2011 which was recorded at 73,208 people.
The average length of stay for guests in December 2011 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was recorded at 1.40 days, up 0.01 days compared to November 2011. Foreign guests stayed an average of 1.84 days, down 2.84 days compared to November 2011, while domestic guests averaged 1.39 days, up 0.02 days compared to November 2011. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels was 1.60 days, up 0.13 days compared to November 2011.
