Abstract

In December 2021 there was inflation of 0.99 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.63. Of the 90 CPI cities, 88 cities experienced inflation and 2 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Jayapura at 1.91 percent with a CPI of 105.87 and the lowest occurred in Pekanbaru at 0.07 percent with a CPI of 106.53. Meanwhile, the highest deflation occurred in Dumai at 0.13 percent with a CPI of 107.70 percent and the lowest occurred in Bukit Tinggi at 0.04 percent with a CPI of 106.59.
