Susenas is a routine activity of BPS which is held twice a year (semester). The first semester is held in March and the second semester is held in September. The March Susenas is used to estimate figures up to the district/city level, while the September Susenas is used to estimate the provincial level. The implementation of Susenas and Seruti begins with inda training which is then followed by training for prospective officers. The implementation of officer training is carried out for 2 waves. Wave 1 is attended by Susenas officers which is carried out online on January 22-23, 2024 and offline on January 29, 2024 at the De Green Hotel. On the other hand, wave 2 officer training is attended by Susenas officers who also serve as Seruti officers which is carried out online on January 25-27, 2024 and offline on January 30, 2024 at the same place. The number of officers for Susenas is 31 PCL and 17 PML, while Susenas and Seruti officers are 9 PML and 18 PCL. Field activities begin with updating the census block content. After the updating, the data entry activity of the updated results is carried out, then continued with the drawing of samples of prospective SUSENAS respondents. Selected samples for each census block are then checked to ensure that the existence and information of respondents in the updating document are correct. After the sample is final, the enumeration can be carried out. The updating implementation time is February 1-10, 2024, while the Seruti field enumeration time is February 19-28, 2024 and Susenas is February 19 - March 9, 2024. The number of updating samples is 79 BS (18 BS concurrently Seruti), while the number of enumeration samples is 790 households (180 concurrently Seruti). In the Susenas activity, there are 3 questionnaires used, namely the KOR document, the KP document, and the S document. Specifically for the sample that doubles as the Seruti sample, the Seruti enumeration uses a separate additional questionnaire that is separate from the Susenas questionnaire. The KOR document contains several chapters to obtain information including household members, education, immunization/breastfeeding and complementary foods, information and communication, health information, travel information, family planning information, housing information, and social protection information. The KP document is used to obtain information on expenditure that is approximated by consumption. The S document is used to obtain information related to Covid-19.
