Implementation of Susenas in March 2023 and the first quarter of 2023

Susenas is a routine BPS activity that is held twice a year (semester). The first semester is held in March and the second semester is held in September. The March Susenas is used to estimate numbers down to districts/cities, while the September Susenas is used to estimate the provincial level.
Susenas and Seruti implementation began with inda training which was then followed by training for prospective officers. Officer training was carried out in 2 waves. Batch 1 was attended by Susenas officers as well as Seruti held on 2-4 March 2023 at the De Green Hotel, while batch 2 was attended by Susenas officers only on 6-7 March 2023 at the same place. The number of officers is 49 PCL and 25 PML. The field activity begins with updating/updating the contents of the census block. After the update was carried out, the updated data entry activities were carried out, then continued with the sampling of prospective SUSENAS respondents. The selected sample for each census block is then checked to ensure the existence and information of the respondents in the updated document is correct.
After the sample is final, the enumeration can be done. The time for updating was 18-27 February 2023 and field enumeration was on 01-20 March 2022. The number of samples for updating was 79 BS, while the total sample for enumeration was 790 households. In Susenas activities, 3 questionnaires were used, namely KOR documents, KP documents, and S documents. Apart from Susenas, Seruti was also carried out at the same time where the number of CBs included in Seruti was 18 CBs with 180 households. The Seruti enumeration uses a separate questionnaire that is separate from the Susenas questionnaire.
The KOR document contains several chapters for obtaining information including household members, education, immunization/breastfeeding and complementary food, information and communication, health information, travel information, family planning information, housing information, and social protection information. The KP document is used to dig up expenditure information that is approximated by consumption. Document S, is used to gather information related to Covid-19.
