Bandar Lampung City, May 2021 Inflation 0.09 Percent

In May 2021, Bandar Lampung City experienced inflation

by 0.09 percent, as indicated by the increase in the Price Index

Consumers (CPI) from 106.95 in April 2021 to 107.05 in

the month of May 2021. Meanwhile the inflation rate for the calendar year

(year to date/ytd) and the inflation rate year to year (year on year/

YoY) were recorded at 0.65 percent and 2.17 percent, respectively.

Of the eleven expenditure groups, eight groups were recorded

expenditure experiences inflation, one group experiences deflation

and the other two expenditure groups did not change

consumer price index. It is recorded that the expenditure group

experienced the highest inflation occurred in the expenditure group

health at 0.93 percent, the lowest inflation in the group

Information, Communication and Financial Services by 0.01 percent.

Meanwhile, the expenditure group that experienced deflation was

Food, Beverage and Tobacco group by 0.05 percent.
