Bandar Lampung City, July 2021 Inflation 0.14 Percent

In July 2021, Bandar Lampung City experienced inflation

by 0.14 percent, as indicated by an increase in the Price Index

Consumers (CPI) from 107.26 in June 2021 to 107.41

in July 2021. Meanwhile the inflation rate for the calendar year

(year to date/ytd) and the inflation rate year to year (year on year/

YoY) were recorded at 0.99 percent and 2.14 percent, respectively.

• Of the eleven expenditure groups, there are four groups

expenditure experienced inflation, two groups experienced deflation and five groups experienced inflation

other expenditure groups did not experience a change in the price index

consumer. Recorded expenditure groups for equipment, tools and equipment

routine maintenance of households and food and beverage groups

and tobacco provide high inflation figures, which are 0.63 percent and 0.62 percent, respectively. Meanwhile, the two groups

expenditures that experienced deflation were the transportation group

by 0.83 percent and the health group by 0.09 percent.
