The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in June 2012 reached 47.96%, an increase of 1.44% compared to May 2012 which was recorded at 46.52%. The TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during June 2012 managed to reach the position 66.89%, up 4.53% compared to May 2012 which was recorded at 62.36%. TPK for June 2012 compared to June 2011 which was recorded at 62.56%, an increase of 4.33%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) throughout June 2012 was 40.09%, up 0.25% compared to May 2012 which was recorded at 39.84%.
The number of guests during June 2012 who stayed at star and non-star hotels (combined) was 98,116 people, consisting of 1,051 foreign guests and 97,066 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 1,909 people (1.98%) compared to May 2012 which was recorded at 96,207 people. The number of guests during June 2012 at star hotels was 17,947 people, namely 972 foreign guests and 16,975 domestic guests. This number increased 5.68% compared to May 2012 when it was recorded at 16,982 people. The increase in the number of guests occurred in all star hotel groups. The number of guests during June 2012 who stayed in other accommodation (non-star hotels) was 80,169 people, consisting of 79 foreign guests and 80,091 domestic guests, an increase of 944 people or around 1.19% compared to May 2012 which was recorded at 79,225 people. The increase in the number of guests occurred in all non-star hotel room groups/other accommodation except the >41 room group.
The average length of stay for guests in June 2012 in star and non-star hotels (combined) was recorded at 1.37 days, down 0.05 days compared to May 2012. Foreign guests stayed an average of 2.22 days, down 0.18 days compared to May 2012, while the average stay for domestic guests was 1.36 days, down 0.04 days compared to May 2012. The average length of stay during June 2012 at star-rated hotels was 1.62 days, down 0.11 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation in June 2012 was around 1.25 days, down 0.02 days compared to May 2012, with details of foreign guests 2.65 days and domestic guests 1.25 days
