Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in April 2012 reached 43.72%, up 1.03% compared to March 2012 which was recorded at 42.69%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in April 2012 reached 57.38%, up 1.95% compared to March 2012 which was recorded at 55.43%. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in April 2011 which was recorded at 54.60%, the TPK in April 2012 increased by 2.78%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in April 2012 reached 37.96%, up 0.67% compared to March 2012 which was recorded at 37.29%.
The number of guests staying in April 2012, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 90,079 people, consisting of 1,319 foreign guests and 88,760 domestic guests, down 2,461 people (2.66%) compared to March 2012, which was recorded at 92,540 people. The number of guests at star hotels in April 2012 was 15,875 people, namely 1,208 foreign guests and 14,667 domestic guests. This number increased 0.51% compared to the number of guests in March 2012 which was recorded at 15,795 people. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in April 2012 was 74,204 people, consisting of 111 foreign guests and 74,093 domestic guests, down 2,541 people or around 3.31% compared to March 2012 which was recorded at 76,745 people.
The average length of stay for guests in April 2012 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was recorded at 1.41 days, an increase of 0.07 days compared to March 2012. The average length of stay for foreign guests was 3.05 days, an increase of 1.22 days compared to March 2012, while domestic guests averaged 1.36 days, up 0.03 days compared to March 2012. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels in April 2012 was 1.66 days, up 0.14 days compared to March 2012. Average The length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation was around 1.28 days, an increase of 0.03 days compared to March 2012, with details, foreign guests 3.76 days and domestic guests 1.28 days.
