The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in February 2013 reached 45.95%, down 2.21% compared to January 2013 which was recorded at 48.16%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during February 2013 reached 52.59%, up 5.90% compared to January 2013 which was recorded at 46.70%. ROR for star hotels in February 2013 compared to February 2012 which was recorded at 53.42%, decreased by 0.83%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) throughout February 2013 was 43.83%, up 6.77% compared to January 2013 which was recorded at 37.05%. The number of guests during February 2013 who stayed at star and non-star hotels (combined) reached 40,650 people, consisting of 871 foreign guests and 39,779 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 6,352 people (-13.51%) compared to January 2013 which was recorded at 47,002 people. The number of guests during February 2013 at star hotels was 9,524 people, namely 167 foreign guests and 9,357 domestic guests. This number decreased by 36.06% compared to January 2013 when it was recorded at 14,895 people. The decrease in the number of guests occurred in the 1, 2, 3 and 4 star hotel groups.
The number of guests during February 2013 who stayed in other accommodation (non-star hotels) was 31,126 people, consisting of 704 foreign guests and 30,422 domestic guests, down 981 people or around 3.06% compared to January 2013 which was recorded at 32,107 people. The decrease in the number of guests occurred in all groups of non-star hotel rooms/other accommodation. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels in February 2013 compared to February 2012 increased by 14.78% from 27,117 people to 31,126 people.
The average length of stay for guests in February 2013 in star and non-star hotels (combined) was recorded at 1.49 days, up 0.04 days compared to January 2013. Foreign guests stayed an average of 2.88 days, up 0.94 days compared to January 2013, while the average stay for domestic guests was 1.45 days, an increase of 0.01 days compared to January 2013. The average length of stay during February 2013 at star-rated hotels was 1.86 days, an increase of 0.18 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay for guests in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in February 2013 was around 1.37 days, up 0.03 days compared to January 2013, with details of foreign guests 2.43 days and domestic guests 1.35 days
