The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in November 2012 reached 48.16%, down 0.14% compared to October 2012 which was recorded at 48.30%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during November 2012 reached 62.97%, down 2.53% compared to October 2012 which was recorded at 65.50%. ROR for star hotels in November 2012 compared to November 2011 which was recorded at 54.38%, an increase of 8.59%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) throughout November 2012 was 41.83%, up 0.75% compared to October 2012 which was recorded at 41.08%. The number of guests during November 2012 who stayed at star and non-star hotels (combined) reached 94,395 people, consisting of 2,066 foreign guests and 92,329 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 1,786 people (1.86%) compared to October 2012 which was recorded at 96,181 people.
The number of guests during November 2012 at star hotels was 16,558 people, namely 2,001 foreign guests and 14,557 domestic guests. This number decreased by 2.38% compared to October 2012 when it was recorded at 16,961 people. The decline in the number of guests occurred in all star hotel groups. The number of guests during November 2012 who stayed in other accommodation (non-star hotels) was 77,837 people, consisting of 65 foreign guests and 77,772 domestic guests, down 1,383 people or around 1.75% compared to October 2012 which was recorded at 79,220 people. The decrease in the number of guests occurred in room groups ≥ 25, while hotels with room groups < 25 experienced an increase. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels in November 2012 compared to November 2011 increased by 6.32% from 73,208 people to 77,837 people.
The average length of stay for guests in November 2012 in star and non-star hotels (combined) was recorded at 1.41 days, down 0.18 days compared to October 2012. Foreign guests stayed an average of 1.57 days, down 1.29 days compared to October 2012, while the average stay for domestic guests was 1.40 days, down 0.15 days compared to October 2012. The average length of stay during November 2012 at star-rated hotels was 1.60 days, down 0.44 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay for guests in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in November 2012 was around 1.31 days, down 0.05 days compared to October 2012, with details of foreign guests 5.71 days and domestic guests 1.31 days.
