Implementation of the 2024 Quarterly Special Survey of Production Balance (SKTNP) Quarter III

One of the field activities of the BPS of Bandar Lampung City is the Quarterly Special Survey of Production Balance (SKTNP). GDP/GRDP is an indicator used to see economic growth. In compiling GDP/GRDP, price and production data for goods and services are required. Because price and production data are not always available for quarters, a special survey is needed to find production indicators for each quarter. One of the objectives of this survey is to obtain production indicators for goods and services that are useful in compiling quarterly GRDP/GDP. As the name suggests, the survey is carried out every quarter, and consists of SKTNP-Goods and SKTNP-Services. The scope of SKTNP Goods includes livestock, mining and excavation businesses, ice production, water supply and waste management and recycling. The Quarterly Special Survey of Production Balance (SKTNP) in Bandar Lampung City was preceded by a Briefing for field officers held on January 15, 2024 offline at the BPS Office Hall in Bandar Lampung City. The number of SKTNP officers is 10 PPL and 5 PML. This field survey activity is scheduled to be carried out quarterly for a year periodically with a sample size of 99 companies for SKTNP-Goods and 2 companies for SKTNP-services for each quarter.

In the third quarter of 2024, SKTNP will be implemented between the dates 1-31 in October 2024.
