Success! Training of 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey Officers in Bandar Lampung

Bandar Lampung, May 30, 2024 - The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Officer Training was successfully held on May 27-30, 2024. Carrying out a hybrid method, this training began with online classes for two days on May 27-28, and continued with online sessions May 29-30 at the Emersia Hotel.

This activity was opened by the Head of BPS Bandar Lampung City, Ir. Akhmad Nasrudin, and attended by 4 field inspection officers (PML), 12 field data collection officers (PPL), and one representative from the Agriculture Office. This training is part of the series of activities of the 2023 Agricultural Census which has been carried out in June - July 2024.

The 2024 SEP aims to collect important data related to economic aspects, such as income, expenditure, and cost structure, as well as indicators of the welfare level of agricultural business units. This data is vital for formulating development policies in agriculture and providing quality statistical data for users.

Hopefully, through this training, officers can understand the concepts and definitions used in the implementation of SEP 2024. Thus, the data collection process can run smoothly and produce accurate and reliable data.
