The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey designed and conducted by BPS to evaluate and monitor services. In addition to evaluation, SKD also reviews the availability of data and information needed by users as a manifestation of one of BPS's visions as a provider of quality statistical data for an advanced Indonesia.

The general objective of this survey activity is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers in order to improve services and the quality of data and statistical information.

While the specific objectives are to determine the achievement of BPS Main Performance Indicators (IKU), to determine the level of customer satisfaction with data and service quality, to determine the value of anti-corruption perceptions of BPS services, to determine the type of data consumers need and to provide recommendations for service improvement in the PST unit in each each BPS work unit throughout Indonesia.

This year BPS-Statistics of Bandar Lampung Municipality was able to get 38/126% respondents from the total 30 respondents targeted by BPS.

It is planned that the results of the Data Needs Survey will be released on December 8 2023 and will be disseminated in the form of publication of the 2023 BPS Data Needs Analysis for the Bandar Lampung Municipality
