Report of 2nd Quarter Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Bandar Lampung Municipality 2024

The report on the results of the implementation of SKD2024 provides an overview of the level of user satisfaction with services at the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS Bandar Lampung City. The indicators presented in the report for the first quarter of 2024 include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).The Report on the Results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) of BPS Bandar Lampung City for the second quarter of 2024 was realized thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this report can be useful for improving the quality and performance of BPS Bandar Lampung City services. We greatly appreciate constructive suggestions and input for future improvements.
