Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bandar Lampung Municipality by Industry 2018-2022

Various economic policies have been set by the government, both the central government and local governments. Not wanting to be swayed by the impact of the corona virus, the City Government of Bandar Lampung has also implemented various policies to contain the negative impact of Covid-19. The failure to maintain economic growth, which has been growing positively in 2020, has become a whip for the Bandar Lampung City government to continue to look for ways through various policies implemented to make Bandar Lampung's economy stable again without neglecting public health.Synergic cooperation between the government, business actors and the community in the framework of post-pandemic recovery during 2022 produced good results where after having a negative value in 2020, economic growth in Bandar Lampung returned to positive in 2021, and experienced an increase in 2022.The PDRB value of Bandar Lampung City based on current prices in 2022 will move up compared to the previous year of 6.52 trillion rupiahs, namely to 67.94 trillion rupiahs. Based on constant 2010 prices, the GRDP figure for 2022 has also increased by 1.96 trillion rupiah, namely from 39.83 trillion rupiah in 2021 now to 41.80 trillion rupiah in 2022. So that in general, the economy of Bandar Lampung City will grow in 2022 positive but there are several categories of business fields that contracted with negative growth. Contracted categories with negative growth, namely the category of Financial Services and Insurance; Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security; as well as Health Services and Social Activities.
