Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star Hotels Lampung Province February 2022

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in February 2022 was recorded at 48.48 percent, down 2.71 points compared to the hotel TPK in January 2022 which was recorded at 51.194 percent. When compared to the same month in 2021, the ROR for five-star hotels increased by 7.96 points.

The number of guests during February 2022 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 50,285 people, consisting of 88 foreign guests and 50,247 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 3,981 people (7.34 percent) compared to January 2022 which recorded 54,266 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in February 2022 was recorded at 1.47 days, down 0.13 days compared to RLMT star hotels in January 2022 which was recorded at 1.34 days.
