Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Starred Hotels in Bandar Lampung during December 2018 reached 69.45%, up 0.77 points compared to November 2018 which recorded 68.68%. Other accommodation TPKs in December 2018 were recorded at 36.59%, up 2.94 points compared to November 2018 which posted 33.65%.

The number of guests during December 2018 who stayed in star hotels and other accommodations (combined) reached 85,040 people, consisting of 255 foreign guests and 84,785 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 4,526 people (5.62%) compared to November 2018 which recorded 80,513 people.

The average length of stay for guests in December 2018 at star hotels was 1.42 days, which decreased by 0.11 days compared to November 2018 at 1.53 days. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodations during December 2018 was 1.20 days, unchanged when compared to November which was recorded at 1.20 days.
