Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate in November 2010 was 46.48 Percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in November 2010 was recorded at 46.48 percent, down 3.14 percent compared to October 2010 which was recorded at 49.63 percent. Meanwhile, compared to November 2009 which was recorded at 51.11 percent, the TPK in November 2010 decreased by 4.62 percent.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in November 2010 was 9,124 people, consisting of 180 foreign guests and 8,944 domestic guests, down 0.53 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to November 2009, the number of overnight guests increased by 50.88 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in November 2010 was 1.56 days, or 0.12 days lower compared to the previous month, and compared to November 2009, 0.29 days lower.
