Cantik Subdistrict (Cinta Statistik) "Labuhan Dalam" Increases Citizen Participation Through Socialization and FGD
Tanjung Senang, 14 May 2024 - Labuhan Dalam Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, held socialization activities and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to obtain input regarding the needs and aspirations of the local community. This event was attended by the Functional Official for Statistics, Associate Expert, Mrs. Evi Ermawati, S.ST. MM, representing the Head of BPS Bandar Lampung City, Secretary of Tanjung Senang District Head Mrs. Ikka Racmawati, S.STP, MM, Head of Labuhan Dalam Village Mrs. Sri Aida Fitri, S.Sos, MM, sub-district officials, as well as RT heads and Environmental Heads throughout the sub-district Labuhan In Tanjung Senang District.
The 3 selected Statistical Agents were also inaugurated, namely Suyono, S.KM, Nurmasari, Arief Pandu Wibawa, the inauguration took the form of pinning the Statistical Agent Sash and submitting a Decree confirming their confirmation as agents of the Bandar Lampung City Government, apart from that, a Joint Commitment to Support Subdistrict activities was also carried out. Beautiful by all the authorities and known to the Head of Tanjung Senang Subdistrict and the BPS of Bandar Lampung City.
This activity is part of the efforts of the Cantik Village Team in Bandar Lampung City to socialize Cantik Village activities and increase the ability and active participation of officials, through coaching that will be carried out. In the socialization session, the Cantik Labuhan Dalam Village Team explained the background of the activities and plans/timeline for the development that would be implemented and underlined the importance of the involvement of all officials in the success of the program.
"We believe that the community is the main stakeholder in implementing Cantik Subdistrict activities. Therefore, we want to hear directly from them regarding problems, needs and ideas to make it happen," said the Head of the Cantik Labuhan Dalam Subdistrict Development Team, BPS Kota Bandar Lampung.
In the interactive FGD session, residents were very enthusiastic in conveying various aspirations and complaints, including data on disadvantaged residents, data on stunted children, data on school dropouts, divorce data, ODGJ data, and MSME data. Apart from that, they also expressed their desire to increase harmony in life in the Labuhan Dalam area. Discussions took place in an open and constructive atmosphere, with residents providing critical input but still promoting a spirit of cooperation.
"We are happy to be involved in this process for the Cinta Statistik Subdistrict. We hope that our aspirations can be followed up and realized so that we can enjoy the benefits of this activity," said Mrs. Eka Yuniyanti, Head of RT 3 Ward I who was present at the FGD.
The results of this socialization and FGD will be reported and integrated into the action plan for developing Cantik Village in Labuhan Dalam Village. It is hoped that with close collaboration between the government and the community, positive and sustainable changes can occur for the residents of Labuhan Dalam Subdistrict.
